I would highly recommend Jearri Bush. I was residing 1200 miles in the state of New York and was looking at homes in Florida. I had a question about the homes and HOA. I put in a request and got a quick response back. She was very knowledgeable and was able to provide me answers to all my questions. I already had a realtor through a friend of mine but decided to work with Jearri instead and did not regret in doing so. I read that she had negotiation experience but didn't really care about it until there were some bumps in the process, not by her doing and her skills were put to use. Selling my home in New York and buying the one in Florida was very stressful and when I needed to talk to Jearri she got back to me very quickly and the problems were handled in a prompt and professional manner. Even at the closing in Florida there was a problem, again not on our end, the seller had some issues and we thought that we were not going to close.
